Brief Description of the Program:

            The Agriculture Agent provides programs in pesticide safety education and certification for Polk County's pesticide applicators in the areas of agriculture, natural areas, aquatics, right of ways, golf courses, landscapes, and more.  Additional programming is dedicated to improving the health and safety of agricultural workers and their families in Polk County.

            The Agriculture Agent also focuses on providing education to both builders and consumers about energy efficient housing options.

            1999 - M.S. Agricultural Operations Management (Agricultural Safety and Health) University of Florida, Gainesville, FL
